- By accessing or booking with Experience Mysuru (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not, please refrain from booking or using our services.
- Ownership & Management
- This website is developed and managed by Desiadda Craftsworks LLP, a registered entity under the laws of India.
- Services Offered

We provide curated cultural tours and experiences in and around Mysuru, featuring dance, storytelling, music, games, walking tours, etc.
- Eligibility

Participants must be at least 5 years old (or depend on explicit age suitability per activity) and comply with local laws. Guardians must accompany minors.
- Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and must be prepaid via our approved payment gateway.
- Prices shown include applicable GST.
- Confirmation is subject to availability and receipt of payment.
- Cancellation & Amendments
- By You:
- If you request a cancellation at least 3 days before the scheduled event date, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the booking amount.
- If you request a cancellation one (1) day before the scheduled event, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the booking amount.
- Refund requests made on the day of the event or after the event has taken place are not eligible for any refund.
- By Us:
- Full refund or alternate arrangements if we cancel/reschedule.
- M‑Ticket Requirement

Certain events use contactless entry. Carry the M‑ticket on your mobile device or in print to avoid entry delays.
- Conduct & Liability
- Participants must follow guides’ instructions.
- We’re not liable for personal injury, loss, or theft unless due to our gross negligence.
- Participants engage at their own risk and must exercise caution.
- Force Majeure
- We’re not responsible for disruptions due to natural disasters, strikes, government orders, or other events beyond our control.
- Intellectual Property
- All content (videos, images, text) is our property. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
- Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India, particularly the Karnataka Performing Arts Regulations, and any court disputes will be dealt with by the courts in Mysuru.
